RecuroAI offers two powerful ways to upload your subscription data:

• Email Parsing (Gmail & Outlook): Connect your Gmail or Outlook account and our AI will automatically scan your emails to find subscription receipts, renewal notices, and billing confirmations. The system extracts service names, pricing, billing frequencies, and renewal dates with 95%+ accuracy.
• CSV File Upload: Upload a CSV file with your subscription details from the Audit page. The file should include columns for service name, cost, billing frequency, and renewal dates. Maximum file size is 5MB.

For most comprehensive results, we recommend email connection (Gmail or Outlook) as it captures subscriptions you might forget about, including free trials that convert to paid plans.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the sign-in page
2. Click "Forgot Password?" below the password field
3. Enter your email address and submit the form
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Click the reset link and create a new password

Reset links expire after 30 minutes for security. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support.

You can manage your RecuroAI subscription in several ways:

• CSV Files Only: Comma-separated values (.csv) with subscription details up to 5MB in size
• Email Connection: Direct OAuth integration with Gmail or Outlook to automatically parse subscription emails

For CSV uploads, include columns for: Service Name, Monthly/Annual Cost, Billing Frequency (monthly/annual), Renewal Date, and Category. Our AI will process and categorize any unstructured data you provide.

Note: Excel (.xlsx) support is coming soon. For now, please save Excel files as CSV format.
