RecuroAI License Agreement

1. Grant of License

RecuroAI grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its services for internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

User shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of RecuroAI.

3. Accuracy of Data

RecuroAI strives to provide accurate data and insights but does not guarantee that all information is 100% accurate or error-free.

RecuroAI is not liable for any actions taken based on the information provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RecuroAI, its affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

5. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RecuroAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from User's violation of this Agreement or misuse of the services.

6. No Warranties

RecuroAI provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Claims Period

Any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.

8. Arbitration/Mediation

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in the Commonwealth of Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Termination

RecuroAI reserves the right to terminate or suspend User's access to the services immediately if User violates any terms of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

By accessing or using RecuroAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
